At Lovely Burn Craft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds on undamaged items returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all refunds are subject to review and approval and that shipping costs are non-refundable. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
At Lovely Burn Craft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we accept returns and exchanges for unused products in their original packaging. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back to us. We'll be happy to process an exchange or refund for you.
Damaged Items
If items are received damaged, we will gladly replace them! Buyer must contact Lovely Burn Crafts within 7 days of receiving product(s) & provide photos or video (proof) of damaged item(s) in order for replacement/refund to be processed.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
